Kalix managed code has lots of warnings

The generated classes by Kalix *View, *Provider, *Router etc have lots of warnings, especially from unused imports. And it’s hard to see the warnings from my code.

Would it be okay with you if I created a pull request on GitHub - lightbend/kalix-jvm-sdk: Java and Scala SDKs for Kalix to remove all these warnings?
